To Our Valued Customers & Employees,

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread, our priority at Clark’s Termite & Pest Control is the safety and health of our customers and employees. We’re implementing temporary “Smart & Simple” solutions with an objective of protecting people first. 

Effective immediately, we are performing EXTERIOR ONLY services in as many cases as possible until June 30, 2020, or until noted otherwise. You will still have the same pest guarantee and termite protection as always. If problems persist after this exterior service, we will return to resolve the issue. 

Exceptions will be made for PEST EMERGENCIES, such as fleas, bed bugs, German roaches or WILDLIFE EMERGENCIES. To insure the health and wellness of all those involved, we will require all persons in the home are well and without illness, prior to these services being performed.

Our technicians will no longer ring the doorbell.  You may be notified by phone when they arrive and then upon completion of service.

We encourage customers to place their credit cards on file so that services rendered can automatically be billed thereby reducing the contact between people, devices and paper.

Our offices will be locked.  If you come to one of our offices, please call the number on the door and someone will meet you outside.

In order to comply with the Governor’s request to limit groups to 3 people or less, we will stagger our crew shop times and meetings whenever possible.

To our employees, thank you for your hard work and dedication to our company and customers.  These are unprecedented times and we are fortunate to have you as team members.  I genuinely believe we have the best people in the industry working at Clark’s.
