Termite Baiting System.
A termite baiting system is a popular option as it is a qualified treatment and requires either quarterly or annual inspections. Many companies depend on termite baiting systems as their primary defense against termites. Clark's, however, finds value in either a liquid soil or wood treatment as the primary component and a baiting system as the secondary line of defense. Clark's offers Sentricon as either a primary or secondary termite control option.

Included Services
Borate Wood Treatments
Solution is applied at dried-in stage of construction (after all structural wood & sheathing is in place, but prior to installation of insulation). Technician applies solution to all base plates and bottom two feet of all studs on exterior/interior walls, including sheathing.
Liquid Treatments
For slab construction, treatment is applied prior to slab being poured. For crawlspace construction, liquid treatments usually requires three trips.
Annual Termite Inspections
Because you may never see termites until damage has been done, it is important to have a regular professional termite inspection just like a regular doctor’s check-up. Because of the high termite pressure for the whole state of South Caroline, an annual inspection is best.
